The Vill’Up shopping centre covers an area of 30,000 m², Providing access to 40 shops, 8 restaurants,
a Pathé IMAX cinema, and the iFLY attraction, the highest indoor free fall tube, Vill’Up is the new centre of the north of Paris. This new “retailtainment” space (a contraction of retail and entertainment), groups together both shopping, dining and technological entertainment.
To carry out this project, the client has chosen Tridium Niagara system as well as the ACTIVE application from BTIB. The operator can monitor consumption, monitor all installations (HVAC, elevators, electricity, plumbing, lighting) and ensure the control and distribution: hot/cold. It has, in plus, the Periscope application which provides dashboards on consumption.
