This new \u201cretailtainment\u201d space (a contraction of retail and entertainment), groups together both shopping, dining and technological entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To carry out this project, the client has chosen Tridium Niagara system as well as the ACTIVE application from BTIB. The operator can monitor consumption, monitor all installations (HVAC, elevators, electricity, plumbing, lighting) and ensure the control and distribution: hot\/cold.
