As building automation projects become increasingly complex, system integrators need solutions that are easier to engineer, faster to commission, and more scalable over time.
This Product Release addresses these challenges by introducing two new controller lines: UAC28-IP for HVAC and plant applications, and ZAC24-IP-D for integrated zone automation. Combined with the new Touch Point 2.0 room panels and the latest capabilities of nano EDGE ENGINE and nanoWebUI™, the platform delivers a unified ecosystem for controlling comfort, lighting, blinds, and building processes from edge to cloud.
In this article, we take a closer look at the new products and features shaping the next generation of building automation.

01.
Integrated zone automation made simple!
Managing HVAC, DALI-2 lighting, and blinds in modern buildings no longer needs to mean multiple systems, separate interfaces, and complex integrations. ZAC24-IP-D brings HVAC comfort control, DALI-2 lighting, and blinds management together in one powerful zone controller. Equipped with 24 onboard I/Os, it is designed to independently manage two building zones, helping reduce complexity and installation costs while giving users more control over comfort, lighting, and the room environment.

02.
Key features:
- ZAC24-IP-D, equipped with a set of 24 I/Os, perfectly matched to simultaneously control comfort, lights, and blinds in two independent zones.
- Niagara-enabled with nano EDGE ENGINE embedded, supports real-time programming, native BACnet support confirmed with BTL certification.
- Features on-board DALI-2 interface with integrated commissioning software for DALI lightning systems using free of charge iC Tool and Niagara Workbench
- Simplified DALI-2 device management with discovery and automatic addressing functions.
- Intuitive GUI for easy management of up to 16 Groups and 16 Scenes.
- Flexible user control with the dedicated line of Touch Point 2.0 Wall Panels.
- nanoWebUI™ – a scalable, modern web interface that builds itself during controller engineering
03.
DALI-2 commissioning within Niagara Workbench or iC Tool.
No matter which tool you select, iC Tool or Niagara Workbench with nE2 Link extension, you can fully commission and address your DALI-2 system, manage groups and scenes, and adjust brightness levels or colors for RGBW fixtures. Dedicated views allow you to configure lighting parameters, integrate them with your application logic, and easily identify individual lamps.
04.
Perfect match!
Pair ZAC24-IP-D with TP-ONE and control the entire zone from a single point.

The single panel that combines comfort control with multiple lighting and blind control options. With just ONE panel, users can manage all automation functions within a room, creating a comprehensive and intuitive control hub for modern smart rooms.
This solution significantly simplifies cabling, reduces installation time and labor costs, and enhances the overall character of the room.

01.
Streamline your HVAC control with UAC28-IP.
The new LTE-DIN-EXT-SET enables LTE connectivity for a seamless remote access to the MAC36PRO controller. This ready-to-go set includes an LTE USB modem, 1 m USB cable for convenient connection, LTE magnetic antenna for signal transmission, and accessories required for DIN rail mounting, which makes it virtually a plug-and-play solution for MAC36PRO controllers.
The LTE connection is easily configurable in the controller’s Device Management Web Server and provides a remote access to the MAC36PRO controller with cellular communication.
02.
Key features:
- Versatile real-time programming, management, and commissioning via Niagara Workbench or the free of charge iC Tool.
- Open protocol interoperability including BACnet, Modbus, and Haystack 4 with Auto-exposure functionality for seamless integration with BMS and IoT platforms.
- Scalable architecture: start with powerful onboard I/Os and expand the system with Multiprotocol I/O Modules whenever the application grows.
- nanoWebUITM – a scalable, modern web interface that builds itself during controller engineering.
