iC Academy is the newest iSMA CONTROLLI partner qualification program ensures a consistently high level of product knowledge. It is designed to build an ecosystem of Qualified Distribution Network across the globe.

To achieve and maintain a partnership level, participants must complete both the Technical Training and Product & Sales Training paths within a calendar year.

Technical Training session:

  • The Technical Path consists of three training modules.
  • Complete Modules 1–3 within one calendar year.
  • Attend all modules during one 3-day training or across multiple sessions.
  • Successfully pass the certification exam to receive certification.

Product & Sales Training session:

  • Attend at least one Sales Training session per year.

Day 3 / Module 3:

Comfort & Plant Control

  • VAV Configuration options
  • FCU Default App Adjusting/Free Programability
  • Wall Modules update – TP, CP
  • LinkSet usage in AAC20 & New Cybersecurity Considerations
  • Troubleshooting/iC Connect Update

Progression through the program is based on completing both Technical and Sales training paths, ensuring consistent knowledge and capability across the organization. Certified partners gain access to higher partnership levels, enhanced product expertise, and opportunities for further development through the iC Academy ecosystem.

Partnership levels:
Each partnership level reflects the certified expertise within Technical and Sales teams. Partners who achieve the Prime level gain access to an additional development opportunity through the Train the Trainer path.
